Flexible packaging
Polyurethane Adhesive is a special adhesive material specially developed for the composite bonding of different soft substrates such as plastic film, aluminum foil and paper. It is also the core supporting material for the production of flexible packaging products such as food, daily chemical and medicine, and can be called the "adhesive bond" of multi-layer flexible packaging structure. Relying on the unique urethane chemical bonding principle of polyurethane, it realizes the firm bonding of flexible packaging substrates with different materials, and ensures the overall stability and use safety of the composite film after molding.
This kind of adhesive is mainly composed of two-component structure, which is made up of isocyanate A and polyol B. After mixing, it undergoes chemical reaction to cure and form. There are no redundant by-products in the curing process, the volume shrinkage is small, and the toughness and cohesion of the adhesive layer are good. Compared with ordinary adhesive, it has strong adaptability and can be compatible with plastic-plastic composite, aluminum-plastic composite and other flexible packaging composite processes.
Flexible packaging polyurethane adhesive has outstanding core advantages, and has the characteristics of good transparency, high and low temperature resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high peel strength. Some high-end models can withstand high-temperature cooking sterilization at 121℃, meeting the requirements of high-temperature sterilization packaging such as soft cans and cooked food. Nowadays, the environmental protection upgrade of the industry is speeding up, and solvent-free products have become the mainstream, with low odor, low migration and zero VOC emission, which meet the food contact safety standards and are widely used in the soft packaging production of snacks, beverages, pet food and medicines, and are the key accessories for the high-quality development of modern soft packaging industry.
