Ink Binder is the "core component" of the printing ink, determining the adhesion, film-forming property and wear resistance of the ink layer. It has excellent pigment dispersion performance and can quickly wet the substrate. It can form a dense ink film on the surfaces of PET, BOPP, PA and other films, with strong adhesion, good resistance to friction and no color fading. It is suitable for high-speed printing processes. At the same time, this binder has good compatibility and can be mixed with various additives to balance the printing clarity and composite strength, meeting the hygiene and performance requirements of food packaging and label printing fields.
Nowadays, with the tightening of environmental protection policies and the upgrading of demand for high-end packaging, water-based and solvent-free polyurethane products are gradually replacing traditional solvent-based products.
