XH-FW402/FK100 Water-based Two-component Polyurethane Laminating Adhesive

XH-FW402/FK100 is a high-performance two-component reactive water-based polyurethane lamination adhesive. It is widely applicable to OPP, CPP, PET, NY, aluminum foil and various coated aluminum films, as well as PE films. This water-based laminating adhesive can meet various lamination conditions for both lightweight packaging and heavy-duty packaging. This Water Based Pu Adhesive uses pure water as the dispersion medium and has extremely low content of organic solvents, meeting the environmental protection requirements for food packaging and packaging of infant products.

This water-based adhesive has excellent adhesion compatibility. It has strong adhesion to difficult-to-stick substrates such as thick PE and rigid aluminum foil. The initial adhesion is reliable, the peel strength of the finished product is outstanding, and the heat sealing performance is excellent. As a water based adhesive for flexible packaging, it can meet the strict material standards for multi-layer thick lamination structures. 1.Reference Ratio

Generally, FW402/FK-100=100/5-15, with a preferred ratio of 100/10. For different substrates, customers can adjust the ratio according to their actual conditions.

2.Dilution Solvent&Requirements

First, add water to the main agent and stir thoroughly. Then, add the curing agent and stir well.

3.Working Concentration：This Food Packaging Adhesive is generally recommended to use a concentration of 20-25%.
