Overview

XH-PU4588 is a high-performance yellowing-resistant alcohol-soluble polyurethane Ink Binder, which is suitable for the preparation and use of alcohol-soluble polyurethane gravure printing ink.

The product features

1. Excellent adhesion, anti-back-sticking, and good stretchability.

2. Good solubility in alcohol and ester.

3. Good compatibility with PVB, CAB and NC.

4. Good color development performance and hydrolysis resistance.

5. Good dispersion, wetting and leveling performance. The prepared gravure printing ink has good ink stability and printing adaptability, and is suitable for high, medium and low speed printing.

The gravure printing ink prepared with XH-PU4588 is suitable for printing plastic films such as polypropylene (OPP), polyester (PET), nylon (NY) and polyethylene (PE) after surface treatment.

XH-PU4588 has excellent viscosity characteristics and good dispersibility, and has wide selection characteristics for pigments.
