XH-PU701 Polyurethane Resin For Inks

XH-PU701 is a high-performance alcohol-ester soluble Polyurethane Resin for printing inks, which is specially developed for the preparation of alcohol-soluble polyurethane gravure printing ink and suitable for various plastic film gravure printing scenes.

This Pu Resin for ink has excellent substrate adhesion, excellent solubility in alcohol and ester solvents, and good compatibility with nitrocellulose. It has excellent color development, hydrolysis resistance and grease resistance, and also has excellent pigment dispersion, wetting and leveling effects. The prepare ink system has good stability and strong printing adaptability, and can meet that production requirement of high, medium and low speed printing.

As a PU resin for gravure ink,it has excellent viscosity control performance, wide pigment adaptation range and firm adhesion to plastic films such as OPP, PET, NY and PE after surface treatment. This polyurethane Ink Binder has excellent flexibility and solvent release, is green and environmentally friendly, and is the preferred special binder for alcohol-ester soluble general gravure printing ink.
