In order to effectively improve the company's ability to deal with sudden production safety accidents, test and improve the emergency rescue plan, and build a safe production defense line, Xinhui Company launched a comprehensive emergency rescue drill for production safety accidents in the second half of 2025 on the afternoon of December 18th. The company organized all employees, members of the safety production committee and emergency rescue teams to participate in this actual combat drill.

This drill simulates an emergency in which the rupture of the outer jacket of the reaction kettle in the production workshop leads to the leakage of heat transfer oil, and the high temperature ignites the thermal insulation cotton, which leads to a primary fire and personal injury. The drill closely followed the theme of "quick response, scientific rescue and effective coordination", and comprehensively tested the whole process response mechanism from accident report, emergency start-up, on-site disposal to later recovery.

At 14:30 pm, the drill officially began. After the simulated accident, the on-site staff immediately carried out initial rescue and alert according to the principle of "disposal first, then report" and reported to the emergency command center of the company at the first time. The command center quickly judged and announced the launch of the corresponding level of emergency rescue plan.

Immediately, various professional rescue forces rushed to the scene:

Fire fighting and rescue team: put on fire fighting clothes and enter the core area, use fire hydrants and extinguishers to extinguish the fire and cool down, search and rescue the lost personnel, control the situation and eliminate the danger.

Medical rescue group: simulating the transfer of the wounded, cooling the burned parts with ice packs, bandaging and other emergency treatments.

Evacuation warning group: set up a warning area quickly, start the company's fire alarm, evacuate employees, and ensure the smooth rescue passage and order at the scene.

Leak rescue team: carry out the leak stoppage plan for the leak site, and members will enter the site with heavy chemical protective clothing to carry out gas detection, cofferdam leak stoppage, leakage collection, and check the valve status of the emergency accident pool.

Communication contact group: ensure uninterrupted internal and external communication and timely transmit information to the relevant departments at the higher level of simulation.

Logistics support group: provide emergency materials, equipment transportation and other support.

The whole drill process has clear instructions, orderly actions and close cooperation. The participants were skilled in operation and took proper measures, which truly simulated all aspects of accident emergency rescue and fully demonstrated the good training quality and cooperative combat ability of the company's emergency team.

After the drill, an evaluation summary meeting was held on the spot. Ou Wenjun, general manager/principal in charge of production safety, commented on the drill.
