Polyurethane adhesives for flexible packaging are divided into solvent-based, solvent-free, single-component and two-component types, which are suitable for compound production of various soft substrates such as plastic film, aluminum-plastic film and aluminum-plated film. The construction needs to be matched with special complete sets of equipment to ensure accurate proportioning, uniform coating and firm compound throughout the process, which meets the production process standards of flexible packaging.

 

The core main equipment is special laminating machine, which is divided into dry laminating machine and solvent-free laminating machine. It is the core carrier of flexible packaging Polyurethane Adhesive construction, equipped with precision coating roller and temperature control system, which can adjust the coating thickness according to the production requirements, adapt to the flexible film bonding industry of different materials, and ensure that the composite substrate is flat and wrinkle-free.

 

The necessary supporting core is the automatic glue mixing and gluing machine. Two-component polyurethane adhesives need to rely on this equipment to accurately measure components A and B, and mix them automatically, so as to avoid the problems of unbalanced proportion and uneven mixing of manual glue distribution, ensure the adhesive bonding performance and curing effect, and adapt to online operation of various flexible packaging production lines.

 

In addition, auxiliary equipment is needed to ensure the production standard. The pretreatment of substrate needs corona treatment machine to improve the surface adhesion of film and enhance the adhesive strength of glue. The solvent-based process needs to be equipped with a drying oven to remove the solvent in the adhesive layer and eliminate the residue. The whole line is equipped with temperature control equipment to keep the temperature of mixing, coating and compounding processes constant, and finally, with the help of winding equipment, the finished product of flexible packaging is finished.
