During curing construction, it is necessary to control the site environmental conditions and keep the normal indoor temperature. The environment should not be too cold or too hot, nor too wet or dry. One-component adhesive depends on environmental moisture to complete curing, and it needs to be properly humidified in dry weather; Two-component adhesive has a strong adaptability to the environment, but the curing speed will be greatly slowed down at low temperature. At the same time, avoid strong wind blowing directly on the adhesive surface to prevent the surface of the adhesive layer from drying quickly, cracking, weak adhesion and other problems.
The two-component adhesive must be accurately mixed according to the product requirements, fully stirred and mixed evenly, and then used after standing for defoaming. The prepared adhesive solution should be used up in time to prevent premature gel failure. When gluing, the thickness of the adhesive layer should be kept uniform, and it should be left to dry before pasting. After the solvent is fully volatilized, the adhesive surface should be butted, and then the adhesive surface should be moderately pressed and compacted, so as to ensure that the adhesive surface is tightly pasted and prevent false adhesion and delamination.
If heating is needed to accelerate curing, the temperature should be raised slowly, and the temperature should not be raised suddenly, so as to avoid bubbles in the adhesive layer from affecting the strength. Let it stand at room temperature for curing. Do not shake, knock or move the bonded workpiece at the initial stage. During curing, do a good job to prevent the rubber surface from contacting with moisture, oil stain, dust and all kinds of taboo chemical solvents, prevent damaging the curing reaction, ensure the adhesive layer to be completely cured, and achieve a stable bonding effect.
