The chemical properties of polyurethane laminating adhesives are extremely unique. The isocyanate component in the mixture is highly prone to react with moisture in the air. If the storage environment is humid and the sealing is not tight, the adhesive will prematurely harden, form a crust, and thicken. This not only leads to reduced fluidity and uneven application but also significantly reduces the bonding strength, causing problems such as delamination, peeling, and blistering in flexible packaging, and directly increasing the product's scrap rate.

Exposure to high temperatures and storage environments with heat sources close by will accelerate the aging of the glue, cause component failure, and shorten the shelf life; while excessively low temperatures will cause the glue to crystallize and have abnormal viscosity, affecting normal use. At the same time, acidic and alkaline gases, as well as dust pollution, will disrupt the chemical balance of the glue, leading to performance degradation.
