Product Description

XH-PU305A is an Ink Resin of boiling resistance and disinfection at 100℃.

It is a Pu Resin without benzene and ketone. It is a Ink Binder which can be used in preparation of polyurethane gravure printing

It is an environmentally friendly polyurethane ink connection material.

XH-PU305A polyurethane ink binder is completely dissolved in ester organic solvents and mixed solvents of alcohol and ester. When preparing ink, users can add organic solvents and mixed solvents such as alcohol and ester as needed.

Gravure printing ink prepared with XH-PU305A is suitable for printing plastic films such as polypropylene (OPP), polyester (PET) and nylon (NY) with surface treatment. XH-PU305A has excellent viscosity characteristics and good dispersibility, and has a wide selectivity for pigments.

As an ink binder,XH-PU305A has good adhesion, good pigment dispersion and wettability, and the prepared gravure printing ink has good printing adaptability, which is suitable for high, medium and low speed printing.
