Product Description

XH-PU3088R is a high-performance and environment-friendly polyurethane Ink Binder, which is specially made for benzene-free and ketone-free alcohol ester gravure printing ink. It can withstand boiling at 100℃ and high-temperature cooking and sterilization at 121℃, and meet the preparation requirements of special Bai Mo with high solid content and low viscosity. The product has excellent adhesion, excellent pigment dispersion and wettability, high hiding power and excellent color development, and good redispersibility, which can meet the diversified printing scenes of high, medium and low speed. Its low viscosity helps the preparation of high-concentration Bai Mo, adapts to the coating process with low viscosity and high solid content, and has a high degree of matching with solvent-free adhesive, which is perfectly compatible with high-speed compounding process, and provides efficient solutions for printing fields with strict requirements on temperature resistance and environmental protection, such as food packaging.
