Product Description

XH-PU302C is a high-performance and high-temperature resistant polyurethane Ink Binder with three core advantages:

1. Excellent printing and stability: It provides excellent adhesion, color development and pigment dispersion and wettability, and the ink is stable in thermal storage, which is suitable for high, medium and low speed printing, effectively preventing delamination and reunion under high temperature storage.

2. Wide applicability: It is suitable for film printing such as OPP, PET, NY, etc. It has good printing adaptability and light plate reproducibility, and is an ideal binder for preparing alcohol and ester-soluble environmental protection gravure ink.

3. Outstanding temperature resistance and strengthening performance: it has excellent temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance, supports the preparation of sterilization ink resistant to boiling at 100℃ and cooking at 121℃, and can further improve its strength and heat resistance by adding special crosslinking agent XH-H50A.
