Product Description

1.Overview

XH-9804A/XH-9804B is a two-component reactive polyurethane solvent-free high-barrier Composite Adhesive with good environmental protection characteristics. Component A is isocyanate component and component B is hydroxyl component. It is suitable for interlayer compounding of OPP, CPP, PE, PET, NY, VMPET, VMCPP, AL and other substrates, and is suitable for PET/VMCPP, PET/PET/PET.

2.Product characteristics

(1)High initial adhesion and good adhesion to various film substrates.

(2)It has long rubber disc survival time, good leveling and wetting performance, and excellent composite appearance for high barrier structure.

(3)It has excellent temperature resistance, can be applied to plastic-plastic structures, and can withstand high temperature cooking at 121℃ for 30 minutes.

3.Scope of application: It is suitable for general solvent-free adhesive composite equipment, and the effect is better if it is specially designed for solvent-free equipment with low sizing amount, multi-roller sizing system and tension control suitable for low initial adhesion.

4. Coating amount: 1.5-3.5g/m2 (determined based on the post-processing, application and quality requirements of the film structure. For the production of 121℃ high-temperature steam-cooked composite products, the coating amount shall not be less than 2.5g/m2.)

5. Operating Time: After the two components are thoroughly mixed, the operating time at 60℃-70℃ is 30 minutes. If the machine is to be shut down for a longer period, the gluing system as well as the metering, mixing and conveying parts of the glue need to be cleaned. The mixing temperature should not exceed 70℃.
