Product Description

1. Product introduction

XH-9804A/XH-9804B is an environment-friendly two-component reactive polyurethane solvent-free high barrier Composite Adhesive, which consists of isocyanate A component and hydroxyl B component. It is suitable for many kinds of film substrates such as OPP, CPP, PE, PET, etc. It is especially suitable for interlayer compounding of high barrier structures such as PET/VMCPP, PET/AL, etc., and meets all kinds of packaging compounding requirements.

2. Product core performance

The product has strong initial adhesion, excellent adhesion to various film substrates, long rubber disc survival time and good leveling and wetting performance, which can make the composite appearance of high barrier structure more outstanding. At the same time, it has outstanding temperature resistance, adapts to plastic structure, can withstand high temperature cooking at 121℃ for 30 minutes, and is suitable for a wide range of scenarios.
