Product Description

XH-9806A/XH-9806B is an environmentally friendly two-component reactive polyurethane solvent-free Composite Adhesive. Component A is the isocyanate component, and Component B is the hydroxyl component. It is suitable for interlayer bonding of various film base materials such as OPP, CPP, PE, PET, NY, VMPET, and VMCPP.

This Polyurethane Adhesive has excellent adhesion performance for various films. The adhesive layer is flexible, has high peel strength and emits a pure odor. This product has good leveling and wetting effect, covers a wide range of materials, and the appearance of the composite product is smooth and beautiful. It can be operated at low temperatures of 30-50℃, is suitable for high-speed coating and multi-layer composite production, has good fluidity and outstanding cost performance. At the same time, it has excellent heat resistance. The composite products can withstand 100℃ water boiling sterilization for 30 minutes, making it the preferred special Food Packaging Adhesive for flexible packaging composite.
