XH-66WY/K75WY is a high-performance two-component polyurethane dry Composite Adhesive, specially designed for high-temperature cooking and packaging. It adopts advanced formula and high-quality raw materials, and its outstanding characteristics include excellent heat resistance of aluminum foil cooking and high temperature sterilization tolerance of 121℃/30 minutes, which perfectly meets the requirements of food sterilization. This Food Packaging Adhesive has excellent initial adhesion and lasting adhesion strength, which can effectively prevent tunneling in the process of compounding and ensure the integrity of packaging. Its glue solution has good frost resistance, good wetting and leveling performance, and is suitable for high and medium speed coating equipment to improve production efficiency. This Polyurethane Adhesive is especially suitable for the packaging of food that needs boiling/cooking, such as fruit juice drinks and jelly, and shows strong tolerance to media containing ethyl maltol and other flavors. It is an ideal bonding solution for the structure of high-temperature cooking composite films (such as PET/AL/CPP).
