XH-50S /K75 is a fast-drying two-component polyurethane dry Composite Adhesive. It is suitable for the lamination of thick-layer PE and other materials, and is widely used in the interlayer lamination of food flexible packaging composite materials such as OPP, CPP, PE, PET, NY, AL and other substrates.

Product Features

1.It has excellent adhesion to various film substrates and is suitable for the lamination of thick-layer materials. Especially for some difficult-to-bond film substrates such as PVC and thick-layer PE, it has a better bonding effect.

2. It cures quickly and has a short curing time, which can reduce the inventory quantity of products in the curing process and form a rapid finished product cycle.

3. It has excellent initial adhesion and outstanding peel strength, and is suitable for laminating rigid materials such as aluminum foil.

4. It has excellent temperature resistance and good adhesion and heat sealing performance for thick-layer PE bottom films with multi-layer structure reinforcement.

5. High transparency, brightness and good film-forming property. It has excellent wetting and leveling properties and is suitable for high and medium speed coating.

6. Good hydrolysis resistance and certain resistance to media.
