Product Description

XH-66W/K60W is a high-performance two-component polyurethane dry Composite Adhesive, which is suitable for laminating all kinds of plastic films with the outer layer of aluminum foil and can withstand high-temperature cooking and disinfection at 135℃. The product has excellent heat resistance and initial adhesion, good wetting and leveling property of glue solution, and is suitable for medium and high speed coating. The ratio of main agent to curing agent is usually 100:25, diluted with ethyl acetate, and the concentration of working solution can be adjusted. The composite process temperature is suggested to be 50-80℃, and the curing conditions are 45-55℃ and 96-120 hours. Storage should be sealed and moisture-proof, with a shelf life of one year. This product can be used for flexible packaging of various foods.

Precautions:

The unopened adhesive can be stored in a dry and cool place for 6 months. The opened adhesive must be carefully sealed, filled with dry air or nitrogen for protection, and used as soon as possible.
