Product Description

Product Introduction:

XH-700P/K800 is a high-performance two-component quick-drying polyurethane dry-type Composite Adhesive. It can be used for bonding materials such as OPP, PET, CPP, VMPET, VMCPP, NY, and PE.

1. It has good flexibility and excellent adhesion to various film substrates.

2. Shorter curing time.

3. High solid content, with excellent solvent release properties.

4. Easy to use and highly versatile.

5. It has excellent wetting and leveling properties, making it suitable for high and medium-speed coating applications.

Curing time:

1. Non-barrier soft packaging composite film: 12 - 24 hours

2. High barrier multilayer composite film: more than 24 - 48 hours

Since the curing reaction rate of the two-component Polyurethane Adhesive varies with temperature, and the time required for the inner and outer layers of the film to reach the set curing temperature also differs, therefore, in cold winter weather conditions and for larger films and multi-layer composite films, the curing time should be appropriately extended to avoid quality abnormalities such as heat-sealing edge curling and unevenness of the composite film caused by incomplete curing and cross-linking of the two components of the adhesive.
