XH-50DT/K75 Two-component Reactive Polyurethane Dry Composite Adhesive

This is a two-component Polyurethane Adhesive specially designed for the metal and film composite process. It is widely used in the manufacturing of various packaging cans, such as tinplate cans.

This product possesses excellent initial adhesion and bonding strength, enabling a secure adhesion between metal plates and film substrates. It ensures that the tank body does not peel off or bubble during subsequent processing such as stamping and rolling sealing. The cured adhesive layer also has outstanding resistance to high-temperature boiling and corrosion by the contents, meeting the requirements of demanding packaging scenarios in the food and chemical industries. Additionally, the product has a wide operational window and a high degree of ratio tolerance, suitable for various coating processes, facilitating efficient and stable industrial production.
