1.Overview

XH-60W/K75W high-temperature resistant polyurethane dry lamination adhesive, carefully selected high-quality raw materials combined with advanced synthesis technology, is specially designed for the high-temperature boiling lamination scenarios of flexible packaging. This Food Packaging Adhesive is suitable for various plastic films and aluminum foil outer layers for lamination, can withstand 135℃ boiling sterilization for 30 minutes, and has outstanding heat resistance and boiling resistance. This product has strong initial adhesion and firm bonding, effectively preventing tunneling phenomenon. The adhesive liquid has excellent leveling and wetting properties, and can be smoothly applied at both high and low speeds. It is resistant to freezing and easy to operate. By replacing the aliphatic curing agent, it can also be used for the inner layer composite of packaging. The performance is stable, with wide adaptability, and is the preferred adhesive for high-temperature boiling food packaging lamination.As a Two Component Solvent Based Polyurethane Adhesive, it has strong operability and can meet most dry lamination operations.
