Product Description

1.Overview

XH-501A/KW75 is a two-component reactive polyurethane dry-type Composite Adhesive with excellent deep-bending resistance. It has outstanding bonding strength for plastic/plastic and plastic/aluminum composite structures. It is a Polyurethane Adhesive specifically used for pharmaceutical blister packaging and is suitable for bonding between PVC, OPP, PET, AL, NY, CPP, PE and other substrates.

2.Product Features

(1)It has excellent initial bonding strength and excellent composite strength for plastic films and metal materials.

(2)After the adhesive film is cured, it has excellent transparency and good flexibility as well as excellent deep-drawing resistance.

(3)It has excellent heat resistance and freeze resistance.

(4)It has good leveling and wetting properties, and excellent coating performance.

(5)It has good resistance to boiling and steaming, and the product can withstand 121℃ for 30 minutes of high-temperature boiling disinfection.
