Product Description

XH‑66WY/K75WY is a two-component reactive polyurethane dry Composite Adhesive refined from professional technology and high-quality raw materials, specially designed for high-temperature cooking and packaging. The product is suitable for all kinds of composite structures of plastic film and aluminum foil outer layer, which can meet the sterilization requirements of high temperature cooking at 121℃ for 30 minutes and adapt to the harsh use environment of food packaging.

Three characteristics of the product:

1. Excellent high-temperature cooking resistance, strong structural stability of aluminum foil, medium resistance and flavor resistance.

2. Excellent adhesion and initial adhesion, good leveling, which can effectively inhibit the tunneling phenomenon and is suitable for medium and high speed coating.

3. The glue solution has good frost resistance, convenient operation and excellent adhesion to various film substrates, and is suitable for cooking and packaging of jellies and beverages.
