Product Description

1. Product introduction

XH-66W/K75W is a two-component reactive polyurethane dry Composite Adhesive synthesized by high-quality raw materials and advanced technology, which is specially designed for composite packaging that needs high-temperature disinfection. It is suitable for the outer composite structure of various plastic films and aluminum foils, and can withstand high-temperature cooking and disinfection at 135℃ for 30 minutes. After changing to aliphatic curing agent, it can also be extended to inner composite, which is widely suitable for food packaging and other scenes requiring high-temperature sterilization.

2. Performance introduction

The product has excellent heat resistance and adhesion, and the outer layer of aluminum foil cooking has excellent heat resistance, high initial adhesion and adhesion strength, which can effectively inhibit tunneling. The glue solution has good frost resistance, strong operability, good wetting and leveling property, and is suitable for high-speed and medium-speed coating and compounding. When in use, it is prepared according to the standard ratio and diluted with ethyl acetate, which can ensure a stable bonding effect.
