Product Description

XH-15LT /L252 is a two-component reactive dry Composite Adhesive specifically designed for the inner layer of lithium battery aluminum-plastic film. Its core advantages include high resistance to electrolyte corrosion, heat resistance and sealing performance. It can be widely used in interlayer lamination of various substrates such as PET, NY and PVC.

This adhesive has excellent adhesion, can resist the corrosion of medium and high concentrations of hydrofluoric acid, and also features outstanding chemical and hydrolysis resistance. It has high composite strength and is compatible with rigid materials such as aluminum foil. It has good wetting and leveling properties at the same time, and can meet the requirements of high and medium speed coating and lamination.

Product usage precautions

1. XH-15LT will crystallize at low temperatures. At this time, please heat it to 40-60 ℃ for crystallization and dissolution before use.

2. The composite strength varies depending on the type of aluminum foil treatment and CPP type.

3. The composite temperature should be above 80℃, and the curing condition should be 40℃ for more than 7 days.

4. It is very important whether the adhesive and the aluminum treatment agent (organic treatment, inorganic treatment) are compatible.
