Product Description

XH-66WY/K6062 is a high-performance two-component polyurethane dry laminating adhesive that can withstand high-temperature steam cooking at 121℃. It is suitable for laminating plastic films with outer layers such as aluminum foil. The main agent and curing agent appear as yellowish-brown and light yellow viscous liquids respectively, with solid contents of 66±2% and 60±2% respectively. The recommended ratio is as follows: main agent: curing agent =100:30. Dilute with ethyl acetate with a water content of no more than 0.2%. The concentration of the working solution is usually 33% - 48%. The coating amount on dry base is 4-6 g/m², the lamination temperature is 50-80℃, the curing conditions are 45-55℃ and 96-120 hours. For aluminum-containing structures, the curing temperature should be above 50℃. This product features excellent initial adhesion, heat resistance and medium resistance, and is suitable for high-temperature sterilization packaging of beverages, jelly, etc. The storage period is one year. It should be sealed and stored in a cool and well-ventilated place.
