Product Description

XH-70H-4/K60 is a high-performance two-component polyurethane Composite Adhesive with excellent cost performance. Its core feature lies in its outstanding high-temperature resistance, enabling the composite products to withstand boiling at 100℃ for 30 minutes for sterilization and disinfection. This product exhibits excellent bonding strength and initial adhesion to various substrates such as OPP, PET, NY, and AL, especially metallized films and aluminum foil.

The product has a high solid content and good solvent release, making it suitable for medium and high-speed coating equipment. The standard ratio is to mix the main agent XH-70H-4 and the curing agent XH-K60 in a ratio of 100:25, and then dilute it with ethyl acetate with a moisture content of no more than 0.2%. It is recommended to cure at 45-55℃ for more than 48 hours after compounding to ensure complete curing and achieve the best performance.
